Researchers use 3D printer to create artificial silicone heart:

Researchers at the Zurich Federal Institute of Technology in Switzerland have developed an artificial heart that look like real human organ.

Made from silicone with a 3D printer, the model is the same size as an organic heart and weighs only 390 grams. In a video, released this week, in which you can see the pounding, pumping fluid with the same density and viscosity of human blood.

According to the team, led by PhD Nicholas Cohrs, It is the first fully flexible artificial heart with a pumping mechanism that manages to make the silicone ventricles to act like a real heart.

This is only for the patient of heart who suffered from heart problem this technology will help to change from artificially which act like a real one.

Team has a goal to develop more technologies like this which help patient more.
